- There are the hard working, stupid ones, these people are a menace and must be fired at once. They create irrelevant work for everybody.
- There are the intelligent lazy ones, they are suited for the highest office.

Before firing your staff, please consider the family behind. Kindly focus on his strength not his weaknesses. Motivate & guide him so that he fill belonging once more. We all make mistakes at one time or another. That is my one cent worth for today.
